Founded
2012
Southbloom Corporate Finance ("SBCF"), centrally located downtown Stockholm, Sweden, is an independent Nordic boutique corporate finance firm founded in 2012. SBCF advises entrepreneurs, business owners, investors, funds, family offices and boards of directors on corporate transactions and strategic financial matters. Since inception, SBCF has completed more than 50 transactions.
At SBCF, we provide independent, senior-level advice in connection with corporate development and corporate transactions. Our services include acquisitions and divestments, capital raisings and the placement of shares in private and publicly listed companies. We work closely with our clients throughout the transaction process, combining financial expertise with a pragmatic and hands-on approach.

Our firm was founded with the ambition of combining the advantages of a boutique advisory firm focused attention, flexibility, expertise, and a strong local network with international reach. Today, our experience from numerous cross-border transactions, including M&A assignments conducted largely through digital processes, demonstrates our ability to advise clients effectively across markets and geographies.
The firm's partners and advisors have backgrounds in investment management, investment banking and corporate development across the Nordic region.

M&A
SBCF provides a full range of M&A and corporate advisory services to private companies across a broad range of industries, including both acquisitions and divestments. We take a structured and hands-on approach to each transaction and consider negotiation to be one of our key strengths. We also provide independent fairness opinions in connection with public M&A transactions.
Equity Financing
SBCF guide and assist companies who are in need of growth capital by introducing and connecting them to private equity firms, venture capital firms, family offices, UHNW families and HNWI in the Nordic region and internationally.
Investment Management
SBCF provides investment management services and helps our clients, including family offices, to effectively develop and manage their private and public holdings.
Our services include strategic advice, board assignments, project management, and administration.
Fundraising to
PE Funds
Placement agent services specializing in raising capital for best-in-class small-cap private equity funds and other alternative investments.
A senior-level hands-on execution focusing on investors, including foundations, pension funds, funds-of-funds, financial institutions, family offices, UHNW families and HNWI.
Placing and Sourcing Blocks
SBCF has great experience in placing and sourcing blocks of stock in private companies. This includes the sale of venture capital portfolios and minority holdings in private growth companies.
